I really liked the distinction between applause for the finished thing and encouragement for the thing still in progress. Sometimes showing the attempt, the stumble, and the retry gives people more to connect with than only showing them the polished result.
I’m glad that came through. There is something very human about seeing the unfinished part too, because most of us recognize ourselves more easily in the attempt and the retry than in the polished result alone.
